Let them.

Something to live byPeople come and go. That’s the harsh reality that I need to accept right now. It’s hard being the type of person who gets easily attached especially with relatives of friends and significant others. Maybe they’re not really meant to stay in our lives forever due to some circumstances. There will come a point that they will eventually pass through our lives and maybe forget the bonds or connections that were formed.

But despite that, one thing’s for sure… That I will hold dearly in my heart whatever memory we’ve shared. That I will remember you as my second family whom I will cherish and look back upon with a smile. That at one point in my life I saw a happy future living with you.

This may be the end of your part in my story but remember that I will always wish you the best that life can offer wherever you are. 🙂

Thank you very much for everything… 😀

See You Again.

Watched Furious 7 last night, still can’t get enough of the “For Paul” feels. T_T

This latest installment of the Fast and the Furious franchise didn’t only focus on the high-speed cars (yay for GTR *_*), but it also takes us on a emotional ride with the characters.

Warning spoilers ahead:

“No matter where you are, whether it’s a quarter mile away, or halfway across the world, you’ll always be with me. And you’ll always be my brother.”

This quote from Dom was a certified tearjerker. You can hear the people in the cinema sniffing especially when Dom and Brian’s cars started to go on separate ways. The song at the ending made my seatmate cry. “See you again” by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth gave justice to the Paul tribute. Below are the lyrics of the song.

————————–

It’s been a long day without you my friend
And I’ll tell you all about it when I see you again
We’ve come a long way from where we began
Oh I’ll tell you all about it when I see you again
When I see you again

Damn who knew all the planes we flew
Good things we’ve been through
That I’ll be standing right here
Talking to you about another path I
Know we loved to hit the road and laugh
But something told me that it wouldn’t last
Had to switch up look at things different see the bigger picture
Those were the days hard work forever pays now I see you in a better place

How could we not talk about family when family’s all that we got?
Everything I went through you were standing there by my side
And now you gonna be with me for the last ride

It’s been a long day without you my friend
And I’ll tell you all about it when I see you again
We’ve come a long way from where we began
Oh I’ll tell you all about it when I see you again
when I see you again

First you both go out your way
And the vibe is feeling strong and what’s
Small turn to a friendship a friendship
Turn into a bond and that bond will never
Be broke and the love will never get lost
And when brotherhood come first then the line
Will never be crossed established it on our own
When that line had to be drawn and that line is what
We reach so remember me when I’m gone

How could we not talk about family when family’s all that we got?
Everything I went through you were standing there by my side
And now you gonna be with me for the last ride

So let the light guide your way hold every memory
As you go and every road you take will always lead you home

It’s been a long day without you my friend
And I’ll tell you all about it when I see you again
We’ve come a long way from where we began
Oh I’ll tell you all about it when I see you again
When I see you again

I’m really glad they didn’t kill Paul Walker’s character, instead they let him retire to be with his family… and we know it was the right ending for this movie. 🙂

Three thumbs up for this film! Will definitely watch it again once I arrive in Manila. <:o)
